Ummmm... I got a creepy email too.

I think it's junk mail because a lot of the stuff in it wasn't accurate about me at all. I don't watch tv at night, I'm working at the shelter or doing homework. The wording was too generic. Trust the writing and literature major on this.

It was a good weekend. :)

The shelter's been really busy lately. We got five more dogs in this week and a litter of kittens. Four adoptions. Mana was re-adopted. The former adopter wasn't prepared for a medium-sized dog, but I made sure this one knew what they were getting into.

Mizuki-san... I had fun shopping with you a few weeks ago. If you wanted, we could go out again.

School's been keeping me busy. Senior year and so many assignments to do. I'm still going to try doing NANOWRIMO in a couple months... maybe.

Okay... Enough moping! :<

I need to move on with my life. Which means... um... starting with actually doing homework for my classes instead of staring at it blankly.

And ummmm... idk. I'm just tired of crying. He's not coming back.

The treehouse is done! :) It looks good and we've already moved most of the plants to surround it. I think we need to get a few tall palms to really make it jungle-like.

Scruff has taken to sleeping on my bed with me. :) I think he has a doggy crush on Kaede. He keeps trying to play with her when Yamato's over.

I haven't met the new shelter volunteer yet. Our schedules just haven't coincided yet. There are a few things I need to talk to her about.

The treehouse is... making progress. We should finish it by next weekend.

Mizuki-san, what time do you want to meet tomorrow for shopping?

Ryoma and I are moved into the new place. We're thinking of having a house-warming party after we finish the treehouse. The living room is going to look more like a jungle than anything.

Scruff is settling in, but he and Karupin are still deciding who's boss. I think Karupin's going to win, the cat's not letting Scruff get away with anything. I'm really glad that I can keep him now. I've wanted him for a long time.

I found a few good prospects that are near campus. We should take a look at them soon, Ryoma. It'll be kinda cool to have our own place without campus rules. Ummm... not that we paid much attention to those anyway.

I've got morning shift at the shelter today with Miyuri-san. It's been busy for a Saturday and I finally got a break. Two more cats and a dog were adopted already. I officially have Scruff on reserve so no one else can take him.

Kaoru and I had our first fight. Then we made up.

Aniki, are you free tomorrow night? I want to make you dinner.

The dorm is really quiet with the others gone. It's weird how I kinda miss them even though they were annoying sometimes. I've thought about it and I'd really like to get an apartment for next semester. A nice multi-bedroom place in that new building just off campus maybe. The place is meant for family units, but it'd be nice to have a real kitchen. 

What do you think, Ryoma? Do you want to room together?

And... ummm.... Kaoru, you can move in too. If you want, I mean.

Yes! The revisions are done on my new book! Ah, it's a good feeling. I hope my editor's satisfied with it.

I think it was seeing Hajime last weekend that inspired me to finish it. Umm.... any similarities between you and one of the characters is completely coincidental, okay?

So, we have a new dog now. Kuro-Dangan. He's the fuzzy black guy who's been hanging around the house for a couple weeks. Kaoru already gave him a checkup and neutering. Karin's spayed, but we don't need any puppies from the neighbor's dogs. Six is enough.

The trip to nee-san's with aniki wasn't bad. Nee-san told us some good news about her promotion.

Now that I've had a break, I need to get back to editing my book. ><; I hope it goes better after a few days away from it. Deadline's in a couple weeks.

Kaoru, I'm sorry I haven't been much fun lately. And it was good to see you again, Hajime.

The new dog hasn't been named yet. I think I've lost count of how many we have now. 6? 7? Good thing the house has a small yard. ~~

The new book came back from my editor. I might need to rewrite the last few chapters. Neither of us are very happy with them.

And congrats on the new baby, Momoshiro and Sakuno. That's great news. And on Atobe-san and Kabaji's engagement.

So much is going on lately. I should get out of the house more.

Kaoru and I are taking good care of the dogs. I've been collecting your mail too, aniki.

Daisuke's been following Toto around like a shadow, begging him to play. I can see why you warned me about his nose. >>

Beauty is getting used to the others and really likes playing tug of war. One of your pairs of house slippers is destroyed. I saved the rest. They're in the hall closet. Toto thinks he's the boss or mom of the other two. They scamper if he yips at them at all.

Don't worry, I haven't burned anything or thrown any wild parties at your place. I had to throw out some of the fruit that was starting to rot though. >>
